General Definitions

This document is a legally binding agreement covering the entire mmk14 website and platform. "Player" and "you" refer to anyone who visits the website or registers an account and plays. "mmk14" refers to the organisation that operates this platform.

Whether you browse the mmk14 platform or register an account and play, you are considered to have agreed to follow these terms individually and collectively. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the platform.

Each player may only open one account at mmk14. If additional accounts are found for the same player, mmk14 may suspend or permanently close all such accounts.

2.1 Provide Accurate Information

When opening an account, you must fill in complete and accurate personal details. If false personal information is found —

• The account may be closed immediately
• The balance in that account may be forfeited
• Winnings may be voided

2.2 Account Security

Players must keep their account login details (username and password) secure. The player is responsible for all activity that takes place on their account.

2.3 Account Closure Request

Players may request to close their account at any time through 24/7 Live Chat. After the request is received and a reasonable review is completed, the account will be closed.

Deposit Methods and Policy

There is no limit on the number of deposits at mmk14, but the minimum amount per deposit is 5,000 Ks. Deposit methods are —

3.1 Deposit Rejections

mmk14 may reject a deposit in the following situations —

• If the transaction does not meet fraud or financial crime requirements

Withdrawal Rules

Players may withdraw their actual balance from mmk14. The minimum amount per withdrawal is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals will be processed within 1 hour after submission and verification.

4.1 Withdrawal Amount Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount — 30,000 Ks
• Withdrawals may be held for review if account verification is not complete
• The same method used for deposit will be given priority for withdrawals

4.2 Reasons a Withdrawal May Be Blocked

A withdrawal may be blocked for the following reasons —

• Bonus wagering requirement has not yet been met
• Account verification details are incomplete
• Bonus abuse is detected
• Fund transfers between two different player accounts are detected

4.3 Payment Method Decision

mmk14 will return withdrawals using the same method the player used to deposit. If that is not possible for any reason, we will coordinate with the player to find an alternative.

Bonus and Promotion Policy

mmk14 offers a 120% welcome bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. The bonus is applied to your deposit right away, but to withdraw bonus funds you must complete a wagering requirement of bonus amount × 15 times.

5.2 Bonus Changes

mmk14 may modify, suspend, or change bonus offers at any time. Once a player has accepted a bonus, they cannot cancel it before completing the associated wagering requirement.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility Limits

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per player
• Bonuses may be voided if bonus abuse or irregular betting patterns are detected
• Bonus funds can only be used to continue playing with bonus money — real money and bonus money are kept separate

VIP Program and Weekly Cashback

mmk14's VIP program has 5 tiers. Players can move up based on their continued play, activity, and loyalty. As you move up each tier, your cashback rate improves as well.

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.2%
• Diamond — Weekly cashback up to 1.5%

6.1 Cashback Eligibility Requirements

Cashback is calculated weekly based on valid bets placed in the previous 7 days and credited to the player's account. Bets played with bonus funds do not count as valid bets.

Prohibited Play Patterns

Players may not engage in any of the following actions that could compromise the integrity of the platform —

• Arbitrage Betting — placing bets on opposite sides simultaneously
• Using software or bot tools to play
• Coordinating with multiple players to claim bonuses
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes
• Playing on credit or lending money to others to play
• Attempting to hack the platform using any external tools

Personal Information and Data Security

If any section of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, that section alone will be adjusted to fit within legal bounds, while all remaining sections will remain fully in effect.
